Rising Star Coffee Roasters

Summary

After having a not so great experience last year when I visited this cafe, I decided to try it again. I’m glad we did because the coffee was so good. It had a great blend of sweet and bitter in the latte I ordered. Parking was a doozy for a Saturday, and we had to walk a bit from our parking spot to get to the cafe, so if you’re anxious about parking situations this one might not be for you ;) I really loved the atmosphere as well because it was very bright and inviting when we walked in with a series of plants throughout. There are several locations for Rising Star but so far the one on W. 29th has been the favorite :)

What we ordered

Sarah: Promised Land — this was what I got last year as well but this time it tasted so much better. I loved the latte art they did as well. Also, I believe that this drink is what they’re kinda known for? Could be wrong on that but it was delicious!
